So I have a question. For the 'level-four vendors' and 'others' that appears as 'tested', what does that mean exactly? Can they be made leaders in any settlement?

For example: There are no leaders for Jamaica Plain in the description. Can I use one of the previously mentioned as leaders? Additionally, if I havent met some of the tested leaders for a settlement, can I just a level-four vendor?

I'd like to know, because I havent tested this theory well and I might fix a few of the random CTD I get. I might have accidentally done this and my game crashes. Due tothe way I had saved my saves (constantly autosaving and ovewriting) the previous uncorrupted save file makes me lose around 30 hours of gameplay. If I uninstall, will I be able to restore my save? Or am I forced to rollback 30 hours of gameplay. Also, could there be a way to remove Sturges as mayor by manipulating mod files without starting the game?

Or to know which NPC is assigned to which settlement. That way I use the correct NPCs the mod gives out. Game crashes way too fast for me to unassign anyone as mayor.

To enter crafting mode for settlements, find a red Workshop table. This will trigger placement mode. To build supply lines, enter Workshop mode, select a Settler and instruct them to establish a supply line to another settlement. If the item that you wish to power has no number near the Energy symbol in its menu, that means it requires ambient Energy instead of direct Energy.
