For the longest time, I neglected to use mods, because I wanted to regain all of the achievements I have on the original before doing so. When my friend is over, I allow him to use my games on his Steam account through local family sharing. I allowed him to login first, mistakenly thinking that I could easily log him out as I please. Sadly, I can't seem to figure out how to log his account out, now that I finally have the room to mod. For now, I'm not in too much of a hurry, since I've been playing without mods, anyway.

Would be nice, though, if I could use my own account for it.Lastly, I do realize I could just bypass the whole system using NMM, but I still don't feel the need for it. I'll just play without mods, or play different games entirely until I find a way, or someone benevolently provides one. Thanks in advance!

=DAlso, I'll try to send a screenshot of the Steam option not showing 'Unlink.' Originally posted by:I should probably have mentioned that I already Googled it and gave that a try, but the Unlink option is not showing up for my friend's account, under Steam.Okay, it's early morning over here, so maybe my brain can't follow properly at this point. But don't you have to do the unlinking on your account?:brightidea:My account doesn't show the 'Unlink' option under Steam, either. Were I to take a screenshot through my account, it would look the exact same, but with my name in the corner.Thank you both for your input! I'm thinking that by taking sole control of your own account you might solve your problem. But I'm really guessing, so.I'm afraid I read through those a good amount of times before even considering Family Share. Sadly, the most that page offers is redirecting me to support, itself. As for the 'taking sole control of your own account' suggestion, I have yet to try that, but I'm up for it, since it's basically just toggling two check marks, unless I'm missing what you're suggesting I click on from the link you provided. My bad if I am.

Thanks for the suggestions!
